TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement
By booking or receiving services from REVITCLEAN LLC (“REVITCLEAN”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all services, estimates, and transactions.
2. Services & Estimates
All services are based on vehicle size, condition, and requested scope. Any pricing given prior to inspection is an estimate only. Final pricing may change after inspection. REVITCLEAN reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify service scope, or decline service based on vehicle condition or safety concerns.
3. Authorization of Work
By booking or approving services, you authorize REVITCLEAN to perform the agreed work. Any additional services will be discussed and require approval before completion. Work may be paused until approval is received.
4. Electronic Approval
Approval via text message, email, or online booking is considered valid authorization for services, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions.
5. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled with proper notice. After one reschedule, a new deposit is required. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
6. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit card, and approved payment providers. Any additional services requested during the job will be added to the final invoice. Unpaid balances may result in late fees, denial of future service, and/or collection action.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule. Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of deposit and limited future booking availability.
8. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients more than 60 minutes late without communication may have their appointment rescheduled. No-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.
9. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
Final pricing and time required may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards, or severe contamination. No additional work will be completed without approval.
10. Pre-Existing Damage
REVITCLEAN is not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, rock chips, swirl marks, paint defects, or interior wear. Detailing, polishing, and cleaning may reveal or make existing defects more visible.
11. Risk of Service
Certain services carry inherent risk depending on vehicle condition. REVITCLEAN is not liable for clear coat failure, staining exposure, material breakdown, or any issues resulting from prior damage, neglect, or improper repairs.
12. Service Limitations
All services are improvement-based, not perfection-based. Results vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and history. Complete defect removal is not guaranteed.
13. Ceramic Coating & Correction Expectations
Paint correction and ceramic coatings enhance and protect surfaces but do not prevent future damage. Longevity depends on maintenance, environment, and usage. No guarantee of permanent results or full defect removal is provided.
14. Environmental Conditions
REVITCLEAN is not responsible for dust, pollen, water spotting, or other environmental factors after service completion.
15. Electrical & Battery Disclaimer
REVITCLEAN is not responsible for issues related to weak or failing batteries, electrical systems, sensors, or pre-existing mechanical conditions that may arise during or after service.
16. Hazardous Conditions
Vehicles containing mold, bodily fluids, excessive waste, or unsafe conditions may be refused or subject to additional charges.
17. Personal Property
Clients must remove all personal belongings prior to service. REVITCLEAN is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
18. Vehicle Pickup & Storage
Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion. Vehicles left beyond 24 hours without communication may incur storage or additional handling fees.
19. Service Satisfaction
Any concerns must be brought to our attention at the time of pickup. Once the vehicle leaves our possession, the service is considered accepted. No refunds are provided after completion.
20. Media & Documentation
REVITCLEAN may take photos and videos before, during, and after service for documentation, marketing, and dispute protection. If you prefer your vehicle not be used, you must notify us in writing prior to service.
21. Chargebacks & Disputes
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that services are rendered as agreed and results vary by condition. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in collection action, additional fees, and legal action if necessary.
22. Conduct Policy
REVITCLEAN reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate. In such cases, deposits are forfeited, services may be stopped, and future service may be denied.
23. Modifications
REVITCLEAN reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
